I found the location very convenient, a true gem. The staff helped us arrange a boat trip to a nearby island. I enjoyed the hotel's design. The rooms were well-appointed and very comfortable.
The air conditioning in our room was not fully functional. It was nice.

The breakfast offered a diverse selection of fresh fruits and pastries. I also enjoyed the fresh toast, a lovely way to begin the day. It was served in a bright room overlooking the garden, which I found enchanting.

The reception staff were kind and helpful. They provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants. Anna offered excellent service at reception, assisting with dinner reservations and providing directions to local attractions with a smile.

the hotel location was great. access to many restaurants and shops was simple. i liked the bath, it was nice. the decor looked beautiful.
the reception staff could have been more hospitable. i asked about aircon because the room wasn't as cold as i expected. the staff were quite short with me. apparently, the aircon in march is the same as summer, so it was not very cold.

superb location and comfortable room

the room was spacious. it had everything i needed. the hotel provided discounted parking at a nearby underground garage. breakfast had many choices. two friendly ladies served the breakfast area. i really enjoyed the hotel location. it was a short walk from the train station and to the town center.
the air conditioning was not working perfectly during one night. i had to open the window.

the breakfast was great I especially appreciated the variety of fresh fruit available and the staff kept everything well stocked. the room had a nice balcony overlooking the port it was great to sit out there in the evenings.
the air conditioning was preset so i could not adjust it to my liking.

The front desk staff was cute and helpful (they stored my bags before check-in). My room had bathrobes and Sothys toiletries. Breakfast was excellent with many choices and self-serve cappuccinos.
